La Tradicion has the best customer service out there. I had some questions regarding a product I purchased, and Manuel Delgado called me personally to answer my questions and promptly updated my order. There is nothing like purchasing products from a small family-owned business like Delgado Guitars and La Tradicion. Also, the Requinto Jarocho strings I purchased were amazing and superior to anything I have encountered for that genre in the US.
